About Us

Parallax packages what Scott Henderson has been doing for some time, most recently alongside his legal technology company. Other principals may be added as opportunities arise.

Scott grew up in the Midwest, graduating from DePauw University and Indiana University School of Law (Bloomington). He came to Phoenix to work with the Chicago-based national law firm, Winston & Strawn. He quickly fell in love with the Southwest, raised his four children here and has never left.

Scott’s career was blessed with truly exceptional legal and business mentors and, equally importantly, tremendously talented and successful clients. The Southwest has been a hotbed of growth and innovation across many areas and Scott was able to play roles in a great many of them. To be sure, he has been in the mix of great entrepreneurial and institutional growth here and across the country, but he has also helped clients navigate industry/market downturns and deep national economic crashes.

He was taught early (and correctly) that understanding the business of his clients would improve his representation, and he brought that philosophy to his roles in law firm management and, ultimately, to the founding of an innovative law firm model and then a legal technology company. Scott established a reputation for getting deals done and finding solutions to complex problems; this served him well especially in non-legal leadership roles including those with The Thunderbirds and PGA Tour boards.
